Can't exercise regularly? (Here are 5 tips)
You just learnt that the World Health Organization suggests exercising at least for 150 minutes with moderate intensity, next you have planned in advance your training dates & hours. The day comes you start exercising for 1-2 week then back to the old days?
Lets try to figure a way out to keep us exercising consistently,
1-Start slow
If you are a person who generally sits all day long, starting to have short walk will be much easier then signing up to a gym. After increasing your daily step to minimum of 7 thousand we can move on to the next step,
2-Social support
Do find ways in exercising with friends, either join online zoom sessions or form Whatsapp groups where you can text each other on how you did with exercising,
3-Track your behaviour
Check at least once in a week how often you go out without exercising, this will give a feedback on re-thinking your solution plans hence will motivate you to get back on track
4-Pick exercise you enjoy!
The best exercise is the one you would do therefore if its boring to walk pick an online dance workout & enjoy your time while boosting you happiness hormone due to the cardio workout
5-Reward yourself more often
Actions rewarded just after is believed to be done more often, therefore to exercise regularly you can treat yourself at least once in a week
